Delivery Information

Shipping 

All orders made before 3:00 PM Manila time Mondays to Fridays will be processed the same day. Items ordered after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day. Processing and delivery of all items received on Sundays and holidays will be attended to the next working day. Merchandise scheduled for areas outside metro manila will be delivered within five (5) working days.

Returns of Goods Policy  

Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery must be made within three (3) working days of receipt of goods. Kindly e-mail us at shop.online@medicalshop.ph. Upon approval, we will send you to return instructions via e-mail.  

A Return Authority Number (R.A.N.) form will be sent to you once the return is authorized. The form is to be attached to goods together with a copy of our delivery invoice and any other relevant correspondence. 

The product must be in its original delivery condition and sent to us prepaid and insured for the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The Medical Shop may charge administrative, handling and bank cable charges depending on the circumstances. 

Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of the management of The Medical Shop.  

Collection of Goods   

The Medical Shop will arrange for goods to be collected unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

If the goods have been returned without any written authorization by The Medical Shop, the company will not be responsible for freight charges (for any reason). 

The Medical Shop reserves the right not to accept products that are returned in a condition that does not permit re-stocking and/or re-sale. Such products will not receive credit and will be returned to you at your expense or donated in your name to a charity. 

The Medical Shop is a retailer and does not manufacture any of the products sold on this site. Thus, any liability of The Medical Shop arising from the sale of any product from its site shall be limited to the price of the product ordered.
