• Wear-and-tear components not covered under warranty included:
  Seat upholstery, armrest, tires / tubes, handgrips, baskets, plastic shrouds, Motor brushes, bulb / fuses, brake pads, etc...

Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:

1. Battery not properly maintained by recommended charging and storage condition.
2. Improper operation, maintenance or storage
3. Commercial use or use other than normal.
4. Exceeding the specified weight capacity of the unit.
5. Accessories other that those supplied or approved by Luggie.
