Surgisenz® Nexicryl 910® Polyglactin is a synthetic, absorbable surgical suture made from a copolymer of 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide. Designed for superficial soft tissue approximation of the skin and mucosa, it maintains tensile strength for about 2-3 weeks in tissue and is fully absorbed by hydrolysis within 56-70 days, allowing gradual and predictable absorption during the wound healing process.
