Shipping
· All orders placed before 3:00 PM Manila time, Monday to Friday, will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
Orders received during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day. Merchandise scheduled for delivery to areas outside Metro Manila will be delivered within five (5) working days.
Returns of Goods Policy
· Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty items, or goods damaged upon delivery must be reported within three (3) working days from receipt of the goods. Kindly email shop.online@medicalshop.ph and include photos and videos showing the issue for our assessment.
Upon approval of the claim, return instructions will be sent to you via email and SMS.
The product must be in its original delivery condition and returned to us with shipping costs prepaid and insured for the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The Medical Shop reserves the right to charge administrative, handling, and bank cable fees, depending on the circumstances.
Acceptance of returned goods for credit or replacement is subject to the sole discretion of The Medical Shop management.
Collection of Goods
· The Medical Shop will arrange for goods to be collected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the goods have been returned without any written authorization by The Medical Shop, the company will not be responsible for freight charges (for any reason).
The Medical Shop reserves the right not to accept products that are returned in a condition that does not permit re-stocking and/or re-sale. Such products will not receive credit and will be returned to you at your expense or donated in your name to a charity.
The Medical Shop is a retailer and does not manufacture any of the products sold on this site. Thus, any liability of The Medical Shop arising from the sale of any product from its site shall be limited to the price of the product ordered.
